About Us
Bob Kinlin came to Cape Cod permanently from Wellesley, MA after spending summers on the Cape for
years. Bob founded Kinlin Real Estate in 1991, specializing in the marketing and sale of waterfront,
golf and village properties. Paul Grover began his career in real estate in 1982 just weeks after
graduating from college, and quickly established himself as a market leader in the sale of luxury
property.
In 1994, Bob and Paul merged to create Kinlin Grover Properties, a real estate firm committed to the
art of service and sales. Since its formation, Kinlin Grover Properties distinguished itself as the
leading firm in the marketing and sale of fine homes across Cape Cod.
Throughout their careers, Paul and Bob have consistently been involved in the most significant sales
